Slideshow: Hopeful Dogs Audition For Annie at the American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog
Calling all canines—Variety Children's Theatre held auditions Saturday for the role of Sandy in their production of the musical Annie. Owners and pups of all different sizes and breeds showed up to navigate through cones, sit, stay and show off their skills. The dogs also bonded with Anna Gassett, the ten-year-old St. Louis actress playing little orphan Annie. Annie will be performed at the Touhill Performing Arts Center from October 26 through 28.
